The aim of this specialist Patisserie and Confectionery Skills qualification is to introduce learners to the core skills needed to work in a professional kitchen. Through the course, students will be taught general kitchen practices like food hygiene and menu planning, as well as more specific skills such as chocolate work and pastry making.
6 Months theory and practical + 6 months Industrial Training (Internship) in 4 star or 5 star Property Optional Internship : The College offers an Internship in India or Abroad post-completion of the course
Eligibility : Class 10 or equivalent qualification from a recognized National or State Board
Entry Requirements: This Level 2 programme is open access although applicants should be over 16, have completed secondary education and have some English fluency.
